[ so it really was on a whim that he told sly he had an extra ticket to go to germany. he really only was headed over for business - his brother and father needed his signature and to talk to him about the company. it'd be a short stay, they promised. he just didn't want to go alone. so he offered it up to his sort-of-friend, figuring it was a free trip with free meals. friends did that, right? especially when they were this age. it made sense. the plane trip wasn't that bad. the limo-ride to his parent's place was tense, though, on his end, and by the time they arrived at his needlessly large family estate, he was already regretting dragging sly into this ordeal. all the free german food probably couldn't repay him for this.... at least they had the first night there to themselves since noiz's brother and father were still across country and wouldn't be back to the morning. which left most of the large mansion to themselves - inclusive of the gardens and halls. ]
