And after a detour into Makoto's sister's palace in order to save their own asses, they do. Shido confesses to being the mind behind the breakdowns, for using it to benefit his career, and for having several bastard children around Japan. He even calls Goro up after the confession to apologize in tears.
It's awesome.
Akira texts Goro to let him know that whenever Goro's ready to deal with people, Akira'll be waiting. He understands that he may need a day or two after all that.]
